All memberships require the first month payment upfront

A monthly direct debit via go cardless will be set up for the 1st of each month for 12 consecutive months 

Treatments / consultations can only be booked after the first monthly payment has successfully been processed.

Treatments cannot be carried over to the next year, nor can they be gifted or exchanged.

The Derma Nurse 48 hour cancellation policy applies with written notice.

Written notice must be given on calendar month ahead

Written notice must be given one calendar month ahead of stopping your programme by emailing lucy@thedermanurse.co.uk

Should you wish to leave the membership programme between treatments, any outstanding monies must be paid in full.

Membership payments cannot be transferred to other treatments
